Sew Mama Sew! Giveaway Day (closed)

12 Dec

Hello and welcome to all you Sew Mama Sew readers looking for my giveaway.  I’m Mary, I live in the UK and I sew, a lot!  I’d be delighted if you stayed a while and had a look round my blog, if you look here there is a great Christmas tutorial you might want to have a go at (this year or next!)

Here is a selection of some of the projects that I have completed this year:

Some finished pieces 2011

If you want to see more browse this blog and view my flickr stream.

Part way through this year I began to find lots of vintage sheets and have started to sew with them.  So I’ve not thought long and hard about what to giveaway because I know from experience that most of you would love to win some fabric… and today I’ve got a bundle of 10 gorgeous vintage sheet fat quarters that I have made up from my stash.  (If you don’t fancy sewing I’m also giving away a bag made from vintage sheets here).

If you’re in the UK you may well recognise some of these fabrics, if you’re not then you may well be excited by the opportunity to win some vintage sheet fat quarters from another country!

Vintage fat quarters

(fat quarter bundle will contain some of these prints and a selection of others)

So what do you need to do to win?  Not much, just comment on this post telling me what you will make with the fat quarters if you win.

For an extra entry ‘like’ my facebook page or subscribe via email (that box over there on the top at the right) and leave another comment here telling me you’ve done so.

Please ensure that I have a way to contact you if you win. The giveaway closes on December 16th at 17:00 PST (01:00 Dec 17th UK time).  The winner will be drawn using Random Number Generator and emailed and announced here by December 18th.  I will ship internationally but can’t promise they will be with you before Christmas!

  1. Hi!
What a lovely bundle of “fabric”, they remind me of the sheets at my grandmother. With some of them I´ll make some bibs to my little one, I´d probable sew a cover to my nursing pillow.
    THanks

    Fingers crossed

  2. What a nice stash of vintage fabrics you’ve got there. I haven’t got much except for a couple of bed sheets from my mum and some thrifted pillow cases. Thanks for the chance.
