It’s taken a while for me to get around to sitting and writing this post; i.e. the fabric arrived a couple of weeks ago but I’ve been too busy to share!
So I was fortunate enough to win an Instagram giveaway of 3 metres of knit fabric from the lovely people at Stof Fabrics!
I’ve come across their fabrics in a couple of shops and so was really happy to win this bundle.
I believe that the Danish word ‘Stof’ translates as ‘fabric’ so that’s why you’ll come across a number of fabric companies with the word ‘Stof’ in the title.
If you’re looking for some of this yourself it’s from the Avalana Jersey line, it’s 95% cotton 5% elastane and 160cm wide. So there’s enough in a metre to make a top for myself – although I’ve not done that yet!
I’ve looked at this hand drawn stripe at FabricHQ, they have it in blue and red and it’s lovely. AND if you check out their IG account you’ll find a code for 15% off this weekend.
I’ve done a bit of sewing in the past couple of weeks, ticking stuff off my list so hopefully soon I’ll find time to sew with these too.
