I don’t spend all my ‘spare’ time sewing, for weeks I’ve been asked ‘can we make ginger biscuits?’, yesterday I gave in and here we have a selection of the lovely people
It’s a recipe handed down from my mum, this time I used margarine instead of butter and that may explain why they weren’t quite so crunchy – I think I might also have beaten the marg and sugar too much. Anyway the children were delighted and one day when I have more time I’ll post the recipe.
