If you hang out on Instagram you have probably noticed a sew-along using Aneela Hoey’s new book Stitched Sewing Organisers (check out Tuppencehapennyquilts for more information). I bought the book earlier in the summer and decided to join in.
My first make was also on my FAL list: it’s the Handy Fold-Up pouch, I made a couple:
The instructions are really clear and these were a quick make. The pouches themselves are really handy for all sorts of little items; bobbins and wonder clips and also for any non-sewing related items that might need organising.
Here’s a quick whizz through of some of my other makes from the book:
There are plenty of projects in the book and almost all of them are useful for not just sewing organisers!
What a great selection of makes, great book by the looks of it, too.
They look great!
They all look adorable! 🙂
These are such lovely projects, and useful too. Thank you for joining in the FAL community on behalf of the global FAL hosts!
I totally missed the sew-along for this book but I really do want to get a copy and just sew along on my own. Your projects are beautiful! On behalf of the global hosts of the Finish A Long, thank you for participating!
