So would you believe it’s the start of another month and time for Lily’s Quilts Fresh Sewing Day
As you will see from the pictures below all of my projects this month have been small ones. Possibly something to do with being all quilted out from the Siblings Together project (pop over to Lily’s tomorrow for a post all about that but be warned you might need tissues)
So full of inspiration and new skills from the FQ Retreat, I tackled freezer paper piecing and completed my house block, had another go at Portholes and made a few frame purses. Alongside that a little bit of Zakka and some making for craft fairs and birthday party’s and a whole lot of cutting for the shop.
Pop on over and see what everyone else has been sewing:
Oh my gosh! I love those selvadge journal covers. They look like they fit perfectly. Cute, cute stuff!
I love your blog and your projects. I get inspiration for my fiber arts class at school. I teach middle school. thank you for your blog ?
Forgive any errors . I just got an iPad and the autocorrect etc are driving me mad.
Wow, these projects are all so adorable! I really need to make an earbud pouch. My earbuds are a tangled mess! I love what you’re doing with selvedges – so clever!
Lovely makes – the portholes cushion is beautiful!
Go you! How was the fair?
Great roundup M! Especially love your vintage portholes! Jxo
Great finishes. I love the drawstring bags.
