This month I need to finish the quilt for my brothers wedding gift, but it is nearly done, just the binding to stitch down and then it needs to be washed and photographed. So that would be a simple goal to meet and will be done by half way through the month so I decided to opt out of that as a goal.
What I will aim to do is to make at least 7 more of these:
I’m aiming to join in the ALL SHIRT no shoes swap this time round. When the deadline for the last round arrived I only had 3 shirts completed so thought it really wasn’t worth sending them off.
I now have 13 finished shirts and would love to have more to send off to Lee in June.
So even if I can’t find time during the easter holidays there might still be time once the children are back at school on 23rd April!

I love these little shirts! The one with the skulls is fab 🙂
Looks like a fun goal, love the skulls!
Love those shirts so much!
The shirts are fabulous. What a lot of work. Have you seen the quilts made to look like jumpers by Sandie Lush? She forms the design by hand quilting. I have links on my blog post at

She gets incredible detail with the stitching and has an exhibition at the Welsh Quilt Centre until November.
That skull and crossbones shirt is fab!
