As promised here are photo’s of the things I made for the birthday last week, she has been wearing the belt this weekend, little sister wants one for herself (and actually she needs one, she has been hoicking her trousers up alot this weekend!) so I have whizzed one up but now need to find some ‘d’ rings to attach. If anyone knows a good source for them please let me know (curtain shop ones are too small, need to be at least 3cm on the straight bit).
The bunting is up on her bunk bed, I took it down one evening for Tobi to photograph promising to put it back up and she was on my case the next morning as it wasn’t back! Ah six year olds!
Friday evening was the first event of the season, a stall at a local church craft evening, not very busy but it gave us the chance to practice setting up and it was nice for Tobi and I to spend some time together and talk over some ideas.
A friend commissioned a present for twin baby boys who arrived recently so I’ve spent some time this weekend on that and it’s finished! I won’t post a picture yet as I’d like Emma to be the first to see the finished items, so coming soon in Riley Blake All Stars fabric…
Also in the All Stars fabric are some gorgeous pencil rolls and I sold one to a friend of Tobi’s after he viewed a photo of it – hurrah! Time to get on with setting up an online shop or something. Christmas is coming if you want to buy please send me a message. Most of my fabrics are limited so if you see something you like don’t leave it too late.
