I feel like I’m pretty much house bound with a poorly 5yr old who appears to be suffering with a virus and has done since the beginning of October. She’s not contagious so I was going to send her to school this morning but after feeding her breakfast to her and her shivering and complaining of a headache I sent her back to bed.
After a few hours sleep she came and joined me and and helped me to pin blocks for the Scrappy Stash QAL onto a lovely vintage sheet (Tobit brought it back from his trip so San Francisco the other week)
She has carefully considered the layout but any suggestions from you would be gratefully received.
I could make it bigger as I have overflowing scrap boxes (still) but think this will make a good size.

What a creative little genius you’ve got there! Jxo
How cute is she there pondering the layout? This is going to be one gorgeous quilt. The colors are just incredible.
I hope your little helper feels better soon. You’ll miss her when she goes back to her school routine. Your quilt is adorable.
Gorgeous quilt in the making and what a thoughtful husband! I hope your little one feels better soon. I have a very poorly boy and husband (and parents in law, niece, friend…), anyone who saw us on Sunday basically, bar me (fingers crossed). Oh the joys! x
Quilt looks great and I hope your little helper gets better soon.
It looks really nice, Mary! Great job!
Amazing quilt Mary! Get well soon to your little helper!
Lovely, well except the lurg! Keep going – double-sided?
I think Hadley’s suggestion is great – as are the blocks
