I didn’t get time to prepare a post for last Sunday as we booked a last minute week away for New Year.
We had a wonderful time staying in a cottage in the Brecon Beacons. It was very cold outside and windy but it was great to get out in the cold for some breath taking views and to come back to warm up in front of the fire.
So here are stash additions for the last 2 weeks:
The fabric marker was on my Christmas list; something I’ve wanted for ages and never got round to buying, the bobbins were also on the list, I don’t think you can have too many!
The printed fabric are from the Denyse Schmidt Quilts Collection and the solids are kona, all half yard cuts, I’ve no idea what colours though – sorry. I won them in a giveaway on IG from Em (moonlightsewing) and love the combination; just pondering what to do with them.
So that’s it from me for now, I have resisted all the end of year/new year sales (the benefits of having no wifi for a week!) so not sure what I’ll be posting in Sunday Stash next!

I was just thinking earlier: why is it I’ve not bought one of those hera market thingies?! Oh and bobbins always useful. You’re right you can never have too many.
Happy new year! I had the wifi, but still didn’t succumb to a sale. It was… odd!
Neat fabric marker, I’d love to pick one up one of these days. I especially love that plaid-ish print. So lovely.
