Today I sewed using my machine for the first time in 2 weeks, it wasn’t easy but at least I managed to make 2 bee blocks for the Siblings Together bee.
Jane had asked for Great Granny Squared blocks. These were both made from fabrics in my scraps bins, except for this gorgeous blue dot which was left over from some strips that I was sent for binding the Siblings Together HSH quilts, it seemed fitting to add it into another quilt for the charity.
I don’t often remember to share my bee blocks here but this month due to injury they’ve been playing on my mind and I don’t have much other sewing to show! Next month it’s my turn to choose a block so I need to get thinking and have a plan in place before the end of the week!
