Leah often wears a homemade applique t-shirt on the school run and is not atall shy about saying ‘look at my dinosaur/shark/butterfly t-shirt’ and Bethan adds ‘my mummy made it’. So I was asked to jazz up the class adult painting apron. I brought it home at half term and on the afternoon before they went back to school I found it in a pile in our bedroom, it had been washed to remove the paint splatters but nothing else. I quickly set to work and before the end of the day I had this all ready to return to school in the morning.
