The other day I spotted some gorgeous fabric flowers. While I really enjoy making flower brooches, choosing the fabrics and the fiddly sewing, they take an age to make so I’ve been fiddling around and come up with a flower with only a little bit of sewing involved and therefore fairly quick. Even more exciting is that as long as I have the fabric cut and ironed I can take them with me along with a needle and thread and make some while I sit in the park watching the children play. I sometimes take a book with and rarely open it and certainly never read more than one page but this could be different! Here are two pleased little girls with their new accessories (how long before they lose them?).
