We are now 3/4 of the way through the year!  Time to review how my 3rd quarter went.

I started and finished the Winterberry quilt – blogged here

I started the quarter with a pile of log cabin blocks and finished the quarter with 2 finished quilts which will soon be sent off to Siblings Together

Blogged here and here.

I started the 3rd quarter by spraining my ankle, and it was therefore very fortunate that I had just prepped an EPP project. The intention of this was to give me something to do while the children were on school holidays, I was thinking that while they played on the beach or park I could sit and stitch. It turned out that most of this stitching was done sitting on the sofa with my foot up!  Blogged here.

I had a paper pieced apple waiting to be turned into something, that was done when I was able to sit at my sewing machine again.  Blogged here.

I had a male teacher gift to make and had the fabric ready, it eventually got turned into a boxy pouch.  Blogged here.

A little bit of clothes making for my boy, pyjama shorts for the summer – blogged here.  This is one of 3 pairs I made.

There are 2 items that were on the list that are unfinished, those paper pieced shirts (the less said the better) and the cover for a body pillow; the top is finished, I paper pieced it and hand quilted it, it will be on the list for the 4th quarter and hopefully finished soon.
